The Lamm Lab is excited to welcome Olivia Erskine as the newest Masters student to join the team. Olivia graduated from Clemson University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resources with a concentration in Natural Resources and Economic Policy. During her time as an undergraduate student, she researched urban farming and aquaponics, learning how urban agriculture can aid in food security and sustainability. She also studied the biomechanics of alligators and turtles to understand how human-made barriers can affect migration patterns. Olivia is interested in research focused on environmental justice, communication, and sustainability and will be working closely with Kristin Gibson to explore the human dimensions of water issues.
