Biography
Kasi Joyce Romo is an undergraduate student in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of Georgia (UGA). A full-time student, Kasi is working towards earning her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) degree with a focus in Agricultural Communication by May 2025. Through her time working within Dr. Lamm’s laboratory on the Healthier Together Team during summer 2022, she sought to gain further hands-on experience with the agricultural and science communications fields as well as to become a more active member of the UGA and Athens communities.
Career Interests
Kasi’s career interests include journalistic writing and editing surrounding agriculture and agriculture-related topics. She aspires to one day become editor-in-chief for an agriculture-based newspaper/organization.
