Over the past eight weeks 15 UGA freshman engaged in a First Year Odyssey seminar with Dr. Alexa Lamm and Dr. Masoud Yazdanpanah where they engaged in creating art using sketching, watercolor, graphic design, poetry and more. While they got to be creative, they also learned valuable lessons regarding diverse perceptions of colors, imagery and music.

Topics included thinking about the emotions we assign to color in imagery. Students used color blocks to portray emotions and then had to guess what the squares indicated. Can you tell what colors represented certain emotions?
