Allison Fortner successfully defended her Master’s of Agricultural and Environmental Education thesis research that provides evidence one how the UGA College of Agriculture and Environmental Science should share research information on social media. She found including diverse scientists, especially women, improved levels of engagement on both Twitter and Instagram!
Allison’s committee was chaired by Dr. Alexa J. Lamm. Her other committee members were ALEC Agricultural Communication faculty Dr. Jessica Holt and Dr. Abigail Borron, as well as UGA CAES Associate Dean for Research Dr. Allen Moore.
