Allison Fortner and Alexa Lamm received the 2021 Distinguished Poster award from the Association for Communication Excellence for a poster showcasing findings from Allison’s thesis research about elements of source credibility of university scientists.
While still meeting virtually, Allison’s creativity in her design, as well as the impact of her research findings inspired conference conversation regarding how Land Grant Universities should be communicating science on Twitter using diverse scientists. The source of the information really does matter!
