Yesterday marked the final research presentation Saher Dossani will give as an undergraduate student. She presented her research project at UGA’s Center for Undergraduate Research (CURO) Symposium for the third time after completing a research fellowship this past summer in the Lamm Lab working closely with Dr. Kristin Gibson and Dr. Alexa Lamm. Saher’s research was focused on how we most effectively communicate with rural residents to encourage healthy eating and increased physical activity. She will graduate this May with a degree from the UGA College of Public Health. Saher looks forward to expanding her research background at the graduate level starting this fall and while we will miss her, we wish her all the best. Congratulations Saher!
