Initial research conducted by the RPTC science communication team was showcased at the National Agricultural Communications Symposium (NACS) occurring as part of the Southern Association of Agricultural Scientists meeting in Atlanta, GA. Overall, their findings indicated the need to build trust with consumers through greater transparency across the entire food supply chain. Dr. Alexa Lamm and Emily Dustman represented the Lamm Lab as three posters shared different aspects of the communication research being conducted as the project launched this fall.
