    June 29, 2022

One thing that we got to learn about while learning about chocolate production is the differences in large and small cacao farms in Costa Rica. The first farm we visited was owned by a man named Edwin, who owned and operated his farm with only the help of his wife and one employee. He gave […]

When arriving back in London towards the end of our study abroad program, we had the opportunity to explore places in the capital city in small groups. Since I was staying longer after our study abroad to do some solo traveling in Europe, I was excited to see how well I navigated a big city […]

    June 29, 2022

Exploring the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands was by far one of my favorite experiences of our study abroad program. June 28, 2022

We visited a lot of farms during the two weeks in Morocco, and one of the farms was run by a man who previously left his digital marketing job in the city in order to start his farm. This farm was one of my favorites because I could relate to the farmer. He started his […]

There were many opportunities for excursions on this short study abroad trip, including sight-seeing, hiking, exploring the city, and zip lining which was super fun! However, […]

Having those days alone gave me a lot of time to think, but it also made me very happy to rejoin everyone else in Edinburgh when I was finally able to. It was almost surreal, being dragged back into the adventure after the sudden calm, and organizing my return journey was a good experience. Arriving […]

Hello! For the last part of my trip, we headed to the Galapagos. We went to our first island, San Cristobal, which turned out to be my favorite island because I loved the balance of having the cute, little town with shops and restaurants along with beautiful beaches, and Kicker Rock. On the island, we […]

Our main assignment […]
