uruguay

We made the most of each day while in Uruguay. We saw many sun rises and almost every sunset, and each time I questioned whether I had seen anything more beautiful. Each day was an adventure to its own, ranging from walking through pastures, listening to a local a farmer, touring a meat packing plant or rice mill, or riding horses across open fields to see the variety of grasses harvested. Every farm we visited, we were greeted by a gracious host who wanted to tell us about what he does, answer all our questions, and feed us. To anyone considering studying abroad (especially to Uruguay), do it! Step out of your comfort zone and be open to new experiences. To those who helped me make this trip possible ( mom, dad, CAES), thank you, because I just had a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget.
