I’m leaving for Cortona, Itlay in less than a week and there is so much left to do. I have been calling my credit card companies and making sure I have my airline ticket and so many other housekeeping things. In addition, I have been listening to tapes on how to speak Italian so that I at least know a little bit of the language when I get over there. My teachers sent out power points of the material we are going to be covering, so I have been looking at those. Seeing all of the information about wine and wine making has made me even more excited for this trip. I know that this is going to be one of the coolest things that I have ever done in my life. I love experiencing different cultures, and I have traveled to South Africa and England before, but I am looking forward to experiencing a new country and learning all about Italy through my study abroad.
