Europe, here I come!

My trip technically leaves in two days, however I’m flying out in four days because I am a senior and couldn’t imagine not participating in graduation. I am beyond excited to experience this chunk of the world I’ve never been exposed to. My family is Nigerian, and I’ve been abroad to Africa so I know some of the international ropes. This trip is so different for me though because I have a total different mindset and am at a different stage in life. I’m going to medical school in the fall (whoop whoop!) and I’ve always been a pretty science oriented individual, so I’m taking this trip in order to expand my horizons and have a much more worldly way of thinking. I’m beaming with excitement and expectation for a fabulous time. I don’t have any fears going into this trip, I just have an extremely open mind. My personality is very much geared toward optimism and making the best of every situation. I’m excited to make new friends and become an explorer!
