The time difference was a major transition to get back to. Plus, the food. I loved being abroad, but let’s face it. Nothing can beat Chick-fil-A!
I have talked to a lot of my fellow education majors, and trying to explain the difference in school systems, and explain how Troqueer runs throughout the day, it was amazing to experience it firsthand.
Most people that I have shown pictures are just taken away. But how can I explain that the pictures don’t do it justice? I now have a new mindset, everyone should experience abroad at least once.
To be engulfed in a different culture, see all the sights, try all the food, this was an amazing opportunity that I am so glad I participated in.
