On our last full day in Grenada, the group went for a cooking class in the afternoon. The chef leading us had all of the ingredients and tools ready for us, and all we had to do was follow his instructions to prepare the food. Each of us sliced and diced a multitude of bell peppers, onions, chicken fillets, and other vegetables. After starting to cook these ingredients in the paella (the large pan used to cook the dish), we later added the rice and finally water. After beginning the cooking process on the stove top, we moved them into the oven to finish. The end result was delicious! The rice and chicken dish was probably the best thing I ate during my time in Spain. If you ever go, you must try the paella!
