I can’t begin to describe the feelings of watching the flight-tracker on my 9 and a half hour flight when we crossed over the Georgia state line. After a month abroad, I was ready to be home to my family, my bed, and Chick-Fil-A sweet tea. It’s been wonderful being home for a few days. Other than adjusting back to this time zone, my only problem is that I am already ready to go back to France. Studying abroad was such an incredible experience. I learned so much about agriculture and myself over the short three week program. Before leaving, I didn’t know how I would adjust being away from home, but now I am very thankful that I stepped on that flight a month ago. I am already starting to look at more programs for the coming year!
