Now that I have returned home from 3 weeks in France, Spain, and Italy, I am honestly able to say that this trip has been one of the best decisions I have made! The group of people I was with were absolutely the best, we all got along and became friends and were able to go out and experience Europe to the utmost of our abilities. While I am already itching for a return trip, I was ready to come home at the end of the 3 weeks, simply to rest! We used every minute to the fullest trying all manner of local food, visiting medieval cities, and learning about all sorts of French agricultural production from poultry to wheat to wine and cheese. I have come away from this trip with the memories of a lifetime and am so appreciative of the college for allowing me to participate in this trip!
