Rooted in Rural Leadership: Building an Ag & Forestry Talent Pipeline for Ag Lending & Rural Finance
The project will connect connect forestry and ag students with meaningful career opportunities in ag finance and rural lending across GA, SC, & NC. The project aims to increase awareness of Farm Credit career pathways while retaining top ag talent within the rural economy and strengthen the future leadership pipeline for the ag lending industry. The project will focus on relationships building with students, faculty, structured mentorship opportunities, career education, and onsite recruiting efforts for internships and full-time positions.
