The AGL Mentor Program is designed to support current AGL participants during and beyond their time in AGL. Mentors consist of AGL and Agri-Leaders alumni that enhance the experience of the program, and exemplifies how a participant’s time in AGL correlates to their careers in the agricultural and forestry industries. This is done by providing mentorship, guidance, and relationship building opportunities throughout their cohort during institutes and privately. The AGL Mentor Program is designed to complement the current curriculum and allow participants to have a more fruitful experience during their time as a participant in AGL.
