Advancing FIA’s Leaders
I am working closely with the Executive Committee at FIA to develop an “AGL lite” workshop with Lauren Griffeth facilitating. Ideally, the executive team would travel to Athens for a one-day workshop with Lauren, where they would dive into materials/tools that would help them discover their personal leadership styles to become more effective leaders and communicators. Some potential areas to focus on could be the DiSC assessments and conflict resolution training. I hope to have the workshop take place in the first quarter of 2024.
