Success Starts with a Handshake is a leadership imitative designed to equip high school students with the confidence and professional skills needed to a positive first impression. Through hands-on instruction, mock interviews, and interactions with local business leaders, students will learn the importance of a firm handshake, eye contact, effective communication, and interview preparation. The goal is to bridge the gap between classroom education and real-world expectations, helping students confidently pursue future educational and career opportunities. Sometimes the smallest skills can make the biggest difference in future successes as they go into their higher education or career goals.
