My stop is R&G farms in Dublin, Georgia. R&G is a small hydroponics farm specializing in lettuce, kale, and herbs. They have 2 greenhouses on their 10-acre property producing all of the crops that they sell. All crops grown at R&G farms are harvested and taken to market with their roots to ensure freshness and longevity. This is possible because everything they grow is grown organically without dirt using their hydroponic system. They also operate a roadside stand where they sell some of their crops from their farm. However, they don’t only sell their crops on the side of the road. They sell a large amount of their crops to high-end Atlanta restaurants, farm-to-table markets such as Dirtmarket CSA in Macon, and even the Kroger in Forsyth. R&G is also home to one of the oldest houses in Laurens County. It’s over 200 years old.
