The second African Symposium on Mycotoxicology will be held in Mombasa, Kenya on 24-27 June 2018.
The African Society of Mycotoxicology hosted the first symposium in Zambia in 2015, and will host this event under the auspices of the International Society on Mycotoxicology (ISM).
Themes of the conference include:
- Occurrence and importance of mycotoxins in African crops;
- Mycotoxin testing methods for Africa;
- Continental and international collaboration on mycotoxin research;
- Mycotoxin management in African context; and
- Monitoring and evaluation of technology uptake in Africa.
The cost will be $450 for registration before 25 February. A special rate for accommodations has been made with Leisure Lodge in Mombasa. Use the reference code ASM2018.
