The latest issue of “Peanut Science” is now available online.

The American Peanut Research and Education Society (APRES) puts out the peer-reviewed research journal, which is dedicated to publishing the results of research, education, and extension projects and programs related to the production, storage, processing, manufacturing or marketing of peanuts.

Check out the latest research from July through December 2016. Through the Legacy Project, APRES also has made available all 43 volumes of “Peanut Science” dating back to January 1974. You can access them at the journal’s website.
