The day will include our business meeting, induction of new members, silent and live auction, poster presentations and an awards luncheon. Additional details and updates will be made available as we approach the meeting.

June 30, 2026 – Deadline to Submit Award Applications

Registration Details:

Now through Friday, August 14^th – Regular Registration $85
Saturday, August 15^th – Thursday, August 20^th – Late Registration $90
Conference Registration Options:
- Member – Regular $85 or Late $90
- Life Member/Retiree – $60
- Non-Member (Lunch Only) – $40

Hotel Reservation Details:

Call the UGA Conference Center directly at guest reservations (706) 542-2134 and request lodging for the ESP Annual Conference. The Extension rate is $139 plus tax/fees for the Classic Room

**Poster Session and NEW Ignite Sessions**

ESP members are invited to showcase their outstanding Extension programming at the 2026 ESP Annual Conference through either a poster presentation or a 4–5 minute Ignite presentation.

4-H Youth Development
Extension Outreach

Awards
- Posters: 1st Place: $100, 2nd Place: $50, 3rd Place: $25 (Awards will be presented in each category)
- Ignite Presentations: One Ignite presentation will be selected from each category to be presented during the conference. Selected presenters will receive a $100 award.

Submission Deadline: August 1, 2026
Eligibility: Programming conducted within the past three years is eligible. Posters or presentations previously presented at other professional association meetings are welcome. Posters previously displayed at a Georgia ESP Annual Meeting are not eligible. The submitting author must have paid 2026 ESP dues. New ESP inductees will be eligible to submit beginning in 2027.
Poster Setup: Presenters are responsible for bringing their own easels and mounting hardware. These items will not be provided by the Georgia Center.
