The National Peanut Board has compiled onto one webpage several interesting and attractive graphics the organization commissioned to explain how sustainable groundnuts can be.

The graphics – which you can access here – stress how peanuts consume relatively little water, improve soil quality and can produce a crop even in irregular weather because of the way the plant flowers at different points in the growing season.

Check out the graphics, which could help explain benefits to consumers and growers.

The NPB is an organization that supports U.S. peanut farmers by spreading the word about the nutritional and environmental benefits of the crop.
