USAID is holding a two-day online discussion – an AgExchange – on food safety beginning June 20 at 10 a.m. Eastern time. The online exchange will provide a forum where the international research community, Title XII institutions and USAID Missions can discuss key constraints and research priorities in food safety and overarching food safety needs, concerns and gaps in Feed the Future countries.

The Bureau for Food Security wants to hear about weaknesses in global research for food safety, as well as evaluations of the existing research portfolio to assess the need for research in food safety to ensure successful implementation of the U.S. Government Global Food Security Strategy (GFSS).
