USAID’s East Africa Resilience Learning Project (RLP) is looking for a senior manager to work out of its headquarters at Tufts University.
The center’s goal is to develop and promote operational and policy responses to protect and strengthen the livelihoods of people living in marginalized communities or who are impacted by crisis and violence, malnutrition or loss of assets.
The project runs for five years and is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Responsibilities include the design and leadership of strategies and activities for strengthening learning and policy together with a wide-range of development actors to focus learning around pastoralist areas. The manager will work with an international team of researchers and consultants, and lead a capacity-building program with local partners. This position is projected to be funded through July 21, 2019.
