The Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) has announced a Request for Applications (RFA) for Farmer-to-Farmer Special Program Support Project Small Grants.
The full RFA is available at the Farmer-toFarmer website.
The F2F Small Grant projects are meant to test innovative approaches to use U.S. based volunteers overseas in the food and agriculture sector, to draw from non-traditional sources of U.S. Knowledge generated from these small projects should benefit the overall F2F Program.
Each small grant will be issued as a fixed amount award (FAA) by the Farmer-to-Farmer Special Program Support Project with the Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) and will be limited to a total amount of $150,000 or less per grant over a period of no more than one year. Grant funds awarded under the Small Grants Program are intended for fielding and supporting volunteers only.
