Mr. Ryan Crowe has been the manager of the Meat Science Technology Center (MSTC) since 2002. His favorite part of the job is teaching students and seeing the “flip of the switch” when a student finally understands a process or technique. His favorite item from retail is the picanha/coulotte.

Hamp has been the assistant manager of the MSTC since February 2022. His favorite part of the job is the blend of skills and knowledge taught in a hands-on learning environment. His favorite cut is the hanger steak.

Luke is from Dawsonville, Georgia and began working at the MSTC in the fall of 2021. He is an Agribusiness major with a minor in Animal Science. His favorite part of the job is “the camaraderie that we all share, as well as, the applicable learning experience that comes from hands-on work.” His favorite cut in retail is a ribeye steak.
