    • Sensory analysis and consumer insights of commodities – peanuts, peaches, blueberries, and Vidalia onions
    • Food choice – cross-cultural perception/globalization of Korean sauces; emotional response to coffee; beef (intact & ground)
    • Aroma profiling of products and relating them to descriptive and consumer acceptance data
    • Using multivariate statistical tools for looking at trends and relationships
