This Beef, Bacon, and Cheddar Smoked Sausage is made with bacon ends and pieces, extra-lean ground beef, and high temp cheddar cheese to create something better than a bacon cheeseburger stuffed into a casing. Ingredients include: Beef, Bacon, Pasteurized Processed Cheddar Cheese[(Cheddar Cheese, cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphates, Salt Annatto Color, Sorbic Acid] Powdered Cellulose(anti-caking agent), and spices. The bacon is cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Erythorbate. Not Fully Cooked (Cook & Serve).
