Our fresh pork bellies are injected and brined for 24hrs, finished with a hardwood smoke, and sliced at 1/8th of an inch thick. Cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Erythorbate. Not Fully Cooked (Cook & Serve).
