I am very interested in all things Latin: the food, the language, and the culture. It made perfect sense for me to choose Uruguay as my destination for study-abroad. My favorite trip in the whole wide world was my high school excursion to Beijing, China! It was so very different than anything I had ever experienced and the food was soooo delicious! I&#8217;m hoping Uruguay will supply the same novelty (and great food) as well!
