For starters, I\u2019ve never been on a plane before, let alone a flight that will take over 9 hours! Thankfully, my friends and other students going on the trip have been super helpful in telling me what to bring, what not to bring, and what to expect overall. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Having to pack and prepare for this trip in the middle of the semester also adds the added stress of taking care of last-minute assignments, midterm exams, and most importantly, keeping up with the work associated with my study abroad class. The class component of this trip is turning out to be very interesting, and I find the information I\u2019m learning is making me more excited than ever to go and see in person how the agricultural systems in Uruguay really are.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We\u2019re less than a week out from our flight, and I\u2019m so ready to finally go on this adventure. I have everything packed, my classwork is ~mostly~ completed, and the time has come to finalize all of the plans and preparations.
