So far, I have been doing almost everything last minute. Going to classes, keeping up with my job, and preparing for an international trip all at the same time is no easy feat. A positive is the fact that I got the opportunity to go shopping and score some must-needs for this trip, such as my new Jansport hiking backpack. I would definitely advise not waiting until a couple of weeks before the trip to get supplies together though. Overall, I am super excited for this trip. I have never been to Central America, let alone a country that&#8217;s famous for its exotic coffee and gorgeous rain forests. I am really looking forward to unplug from technology and immerse myself in the culture, people, and of course, that wonderful coffee. I have also never been to a farm. I&#8217;m particularly intrigued that the UGACR campus is in the mountains, that should make for some neat photos.
