Some of the cities I encountered a language barrier while others I did not, but I have learned that a language barrier is not a reason to avoid public transportation. This trip has shown me that with a small guiding hand (provided by a professor or a person working in transportation services)anyone can quickly become self sufficient in using public transportation . Once I understood one city&#8217;s public transportation it became increasingly easier to navigate the other cities on the study abroad. I have come to love riding the bus or taking the metro to navigate a city because it is fast, it is usually less stressful than driving, and it gave my feet a break from all the walking!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Going from Point A to Point B My study abroad experience has come with the challenge of navigating many cities.
