This upcoming week, I will spend time exploring the agricultural wonders of Uruguay. While in Uruguay, I will visit dairies, meat packing plants, beef operations, and even a winery. This will be a great opportunity to learn from other cultures and their animals husbandry practices. This is a great honor and privilege to represent the University of Georgia on the 2016 study abroad trip to Uruguay.
