What an informative and busy\u00a0ten day adventure\u00a0we have just completed. I feel very knowledgable about all the aspects of coffee production; everything from the physiology of the coffee cherry itself, to processing, brewing techniques, and taste characteristics are\u00a0very much familiar territory after this trip. I feel so much gratitude for our professors and bus driver who safely got us to and from each of our daily activities, and facilitates such a fun and educational experience.
