We arrived in Dumfries two days ago and today is our first day of fighting food insecurity. It’s an incredible experience how great this country is. We are putting together the last details to conduct interviews with the people involved in fighting food insecurity issues here. I am falling in love with Scotland; excellent food, amazing culture, kind and friendly people, and history everywhere.
