The past week in Costa Rica has been pretty awesome. I have never consumed so much coffee in my life! We visited several coffee farms and spoke with the owners about some challenges and benefits regarding the production process from bean to cup.

Additionally, we also had a chance to see chocolate making which was (as you can imagine)…delicious.

Yesterday, we took adventure to the next level by going ziplining! I’ve never zipped before and it was amazing! It was also surprisingly wet as we zipped through the clouds.

Today is Thanksgiving! Although I miss them terribly, I hope my family is having as great a holiday as I am. We made pumpkin and pecan pies last night. Hope they turn out well!
