This has been a great week so far. We have met several great people on the trip who have openly welcomed us to visit their operations. It has been interesting to see the diversity between the types of farms and compare the similarities and differences from what I am familiar with in Georgia. I am impressed at the quality/structure of the cows as a result of having been strictly grass fed. Even though this year has been above average for rainfall the pastures and grass quality have also impressed me. All in all it has been a great trip so far.
