Her presentation, entitled &#8220;Poetic transcription for identity exploration: Engaging arts-based analyses for community-based program evaluation,&#8221; explored the potential of using research poetry to communicate the social impacts of community-based health initiatives. This was one of three presentations presented by Sanders at the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanders, along with her co-author and advisor, <a href=\"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/lammlab\/people\/alexa-j-lamm\/?grp=professor\">Alexa Lamm<\/a>, are excited about the potential of this new approach to analyzing evaluation data for community-based programs. Lamm, a long-time member of AIAEE and previous editor for the associated journal, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/newprairiepress.org\/jiaee\/\">Journal of International Agricultural and Extension Education<\/a><\/em>, encouraged Sanders to pursue this line of inquiry to help communicate the impact of the work being done through <a href=\"https:\/\/site.extension.uga.edu\/healthiertogether\/\">Healthier Together Georgia<\/a>, a CDC-funded health promotion initiative in five rural counties in Georgia.
