{"id":2607,"date":"2025-06-23T15:29:08","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T19:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/lammlab\/?p=2607"},"modified":"2025-07-14T15:30:37","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T19:30:37","slug":"connecting-with-agnext","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/lammlab\/2025\/06\/connecting-with-agnext\/","title":{"rendered":"Connecting with AgNext"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/lammlab\/people\/alexa-j-lamm\/\" data-type=\"caes-people\" data-id=\"38\">Dr. Alexa Lamm<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kevanlamm.com\">Dr. Kevan Lamm<\/a> recently visited with <a href=\"https:\/\/agnext.colostate.edu\/our-team-pedro-carvalho-ph-d\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/agnext.colostate.edu\/our-team-pedro-carvalho-ph-d\/\">Dr. Pedro Carvalho<\/a>, Feedlot specialist, and <a href=\"https:\/\/agnext.colostate.edu\/our-team-erica-giesenhagen\/\">Erica Geisenhagen<\/a>, Manager of Communications at <a href=\"https:\/\/agnext.colostate.edu\">AgNext<\/a> &#8211; an innovative Center at Colorado State University striving to innovate real-world solutions for sustainability in animal agriculture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just three years in the making, this new center is conducting research on beef cattle methane emissions and more, striving to lower the carbon footprint associated with animal agriculture.  They work to bring industry together with scientists to solve the most relevant and timely issues facing the livestock industry hosting numerous extension events.
