Congrats !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saptarshi received the Peggy Ozias-Akins Leadership in Science Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and contributions to plant breeding research. Congratulations on this achievement !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saptarshi received first place in the Crop Physiology &amp; Metabolism Oral Competition at the 2025 Tri-Societies (CANVAS) International Meeting for presenting research on salt stress responses in zoysiagrass.  An outstanding achievement !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saptarshi was awarded the Chris Stiegler Turfgrass Science Student Travel Award and Fellowship in recognition of research excellence and leadership in turfgrass science. Well-deserved recognition !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saptarshi has successfully completed and defended his Ph.D. thesis, marking a major academic milestone. Best wishes for the next stage of his career.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jessica successfully defended her thesis, congratulations on this important milestone and well done on an outstanding achievement!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saptarshi and Ravi received the CSSA Graduate Student Travel Award to support conference participation and the presentation of research findings at the 2025 Tri-Societies International Meeting. Mott Award for meritorious students in crop science from the Crop Science Society of America.
