We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Landscape Designer to sell, design, and manage landscape projects. Responsibilities include attending sales meetings, producing quality estimates and project designs, managing landscape projects, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and procuring plant and landscape material among others. Project types will include but are not limited to plant installations, sod, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, and drainage.

Job Duties
ITM Landscape is an accomplished installation design build company serving Gwinnett County, GA and surrounding areas since 2005. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Landscape Designer to sell, design, and manage landscape projects. Responsibilities include attending sales meetings, producing quality estimates and project designs, managing landscape projects, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and procuring plant and landscape material among others. Project types will include but are not limited to plant installations, sod, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, and drainage.
Successful candidates will be creative individuals looking to grow and learn with an established landscape company.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years’ experience including:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and design experience
· Strong graphics knowledge, including hand and computer-generated color renderings, details, etc.
· Project oversight including planting, hardscaping, and drainage projects
· Excellent interpersonal skills including customer relationship management
· Willingness to learn
· Experience designing with native plants and indigenous materials.
· Computer software knowledge including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
Education, training, experience:
Minimum requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· 2+ years prior experience in a landscape design/build company
· Strong knowledge of native plants
· Knowledge in the areas of irrigation, drainage, retaining walls, plant installation, sod installation
· Valid GA driver’s license
· Clean driving record and safety oriented
· Excellent attention to detail
· Conscientious mind and team-oriented personality
· Excellent organizational skills
· Leadership qualities
· Strong communication skills
· Proven track record of project management
