{"id":2429,"date":"2018-05-24T14:53:53","date_gmt":"2018-05-24T18:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/ftfpeanutlab\/?p=2429"},"modified":"2018-05-24T14:53:53","modified_gmt":"2018-05-24T18:53:53","slug":"intake-looking-to-develop-metrics-for-diet-quality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/ftfpeanutlab\/2018\/05\/intake-looking-to-develop-metrics-for-diet-quality\/","title":{"rendered":"Intake looking to develop metrics for diet quality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Intake, <\/em>a Center\u00a0for\u00a0Dietary Assessment established in 2017 with funding from the Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation, has announced a Request for Concept Notes\u00a0for\u00a0the development and validation of novel metrics of diet quality\u00a0for\u00a0non-pregnant, non-lactating women of reproductive age in low- and middle-income countries.<\/p>\n<p>The full\u00a0Request\u00a0for\u00a0Concept\u00a0Notes is available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aliveandthrive.org\/procurement-solicitation\/\">the procurement page for <em>Intake.<\/em><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Concept\u00a0Notes\u00a0must be submitted no later than\u00a0June 15, 2018, 5 p.m. EST. Questions and clarifications may be submitted until May 28 and are answered on the same site.<\/p>\n<p>Contracts will be awarded to successful <em>applicants<\/em> during a\u00a0two-step process\u00a0that begins with the submission of a\u00a0Concept\u00a0Note. Concept\u00a0Notes\u00a0submitted will be reviewed and scored according to the stated evaluation criteria to determine which\u00a0Concept\u00a0Notes\u00a0will proceed to the Proposal phase.
