{"id":1512,"date":"2016-01-28T11:28:11","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T16:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/pmil\/?p=1512"},"modified":"2016-01-28T11:28:11","modified_gmt":"2016-01-28T16:28:11","slug":"farmer-to-farmer-seeking-small-grant-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/ftfpeanutlab\/2016\/01\/farmer-to-farmer-seeking-small-grant-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"Farmer-to-Farmer seeking small grant applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) has announced a Request for Applications (RFA) for Farmer-to-Farmer Special Program Support Project Small Grants.<\/p>\n<p>The full RFA is available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/farmer-to-farmer.org\/SPSP-small-grant-2016\">Farmer-toFarmer website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The F2F Small Grant projects are meant to test innovative approaches to use U.S. based volunteers overseas in the food and agriculture sector, to draw from non-traditional sources of U.S. Knowledge generated from these small projects should benefit the overall F2F Program. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Each small grant will be issued as a fixed amount award (FAA) by the Farmer-to-Farmer Special Program Support Project with the Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) and will be limited to a total amount of $150,000 or less per grant over a period of no more than one year.
