Successful applicants will be able to pursue a graduate\u00a0degree in the United States at Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of\u00a0Technology, world-class universities less than an hour away from New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be a university graduate with a bachelor\u2019s degree with First Class\/Upper Second Honours in Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering, under 40 years of age and from an EADB member state (Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda), among other qualifications.
