The juice proficiency testing program is back for the year 2023! The Juice Proficiency Test program provides you with an insight into your laboratory’s current testing abilities and points out areas that might need improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is fairly easy to participate in the Juice Proficiency Test 2023. There are 4 simple steps in the testing program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1
Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment starts on July 17, 2023 (Monday)<\/strong>. Download the registration form by clicking on the Registration Form button below. Fill out the downloaded form with relevant information, save it on your computer, and mail the saved form to the email address provided in the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: The deadline to enroll in the JPTP is October 15, 2<\/b><\/span>023<\/strong><\/em>. Any enrollment received after the enrollment deadline will NOT be accepted.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2
Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All registration form submissions must be followed up with a payment for the registration process to be complete. The payment amount depends upon the number of samples to be provided and the location of the laboratory (for international locations). As of 2023, the Juice Proficiency Test program accepts payment only via check or wire transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: The final date of enrollment is October 15, 2<\/b><\/span>023. Any enrollment received after the enrollment deadline will NOT be accepted.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3
Receipt & Test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the payment is received, the juice samples will be shipped to your laboratory. You can expect the delivery of the juice samples by the mid November. Upon receipt, please perform the required tests and fill out the reporting form(s) (https:\/\/site.caes.uga.edu\/fst\/submission\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/em> <\/strong>Dates for results to be reported to the UGA will be announced at a later time. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 4
Wait …<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the submission is complete, please wait for the analysis to complete. While we understand that the waiting period feels like forever, please allow the analyst to complete their analysis to provide an accurate report of your hard work!
