Our scientific interests are diverse, and include extensive experience in predictive microbiology, quantitative microbial risk assessment, microbial physiology, and food safety systems, such as HACCP and preventive controls for human foods (PCHF). Dr. Mishra is the lead instructor (LI) for the FSPCA-PCHF program. He has published widely on a wide range of subjects related to food safety and food fermentations.
