The 35,000 Foot View

Thinking about an agrifood system is a lot like thinking in terms of the “35,000 foot view.” An agrifood system encompasses individuals, who make up communities, who live and make decisions that impact one another at the local-scale. Those communities also operate in a way that effects larger systems, and on and on up to the national and global scale.
